Sconnie was drafted in the 2000 nba draft in the 2nd rd by the Atlanta Hawks with the 57th overall pick....He choose to leave the states and head 2 Europe playing for teams in Greece,Italy,Turkey and the Ukraine. In Oct 2010 Penn inked a deal with Prima Veroli which plays in the Italian 2nd division league where he still currently plays PG.......
